Italian Minestrone - Grain and Pulse Mix - is an Italian traditional soup with pulses and grains produced by Del Colle agricultural supply chain to offer the best products from the Italian regional production. The Italian Minestrone contains Pearl Spelt, Pearl Barley, Borlotti Beans, Cannellini Beans, Chickpeas, Green Lentils and Hulled Red Lentils.
How to cook.
Soak the mix for 8 hours. Rinse, place in a pot with 1.5lt water every 500g of product and simmer for 1 hour and half from the boiling. Salt at the end of cooking.
How to store.
Store in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
